The current edition of Sfera Rosso is from Cossentino, a family just outside of Palermo, in western Sicily. Farming is certified organic. The wine is a blend of Nero d’Avola, Perricone and Cataratto, grown in clay and red sand. It’s co-fermented for 10 days, including 5 days of maceration with the skins. Liter bottle with a crown cap. 12.5% alcohol. Give the wine a light chill.
