A blend of Savagnin, Viognier, Picpoul, Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Riesling from several vintages, fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged in oak casks, part of the wine sous-voile, part with extended skin contact, then blended together. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without the addition of SO2.
