Col di Luna is the Cosmo family’s continuation of a tradition started in the 1780s, when their ancestor moved from Venice to the hills north of the city and planted the family's first vineyard. FLORA Brut Frizzante is Charmat method 100% Glera grown in limestone and clay soils 12 kilometers north of Conegliano. Farming is practicing organic, and fermentation is with native yeasts. 11% alcohol and bone dry (< 2g/L R.S.). By design this wine has a gentler fizz (frizzante rather than spumante), which makes it great as an aperitivo as well as an accompaniment to a wide range of food.
