Disgorged once, and with no added sulfites. 12.8% alcohol and 2.7 g\/L of residual sugar (i.e., quite dry). This wine is Slovenia's answer to Lambrusco: sour cherry fruit, tartness, and fizzy fun, with an extra little iron twang from the soils. As the label says: \"Chill. Drink.
