This wine nods to and winks at that era and beverage, but reimagines it as Real Wine. Erin Mitchell and Randy Czech organically farm vineyards in Sonoma and Mendocino and practice non-interventionist winemaking, using “intuition, pragmatism, and a dash of whimsy” in the cellar. The \u003cspan class=\"il\"\u003eBlush\u003c\/span\u003e conjures cherry Lifesavers, but with a pleasing herbal\/bitter twist. (Admit it: When you were a kid, the cherry-flavored cough drops were always more intriguing than the Lifesavers!)
