Her stylish, characterful wines have become a favorite in our shop.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ca href=\"https:\/\/paicinesranch.com\/our-work\/vineyard\/\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003ePaicines Ranch Vineyard\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003e is part of a regenerative polycultural farm in \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eSan Benito County,\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003e between Hollister and Pinnacles. Vineyard manager Kelly Mulville developed a “tall vines” trellising system that permits sheep grazing even when the grapes are ripening. This system creates healthier soil and grapes with less work and fewer inputs in the vineyard, including much less water. Terah’s \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eGrenache shows the variety’s classic cherry fruit with a spicy edge. It is by intention a lighter-weight (and lighter-hued) rendition - a wine of finesse rather than power.
