Asproudi\/asproudia is a bit tricky to pin down: It comes from aspros, meaning “white” in Greek, and apparently has been applied fairly indiscriminately to different white varieties in Greece, but also to a particular related family of white grapes. So: a field blend of related white varieties from the Tsimbidi’s certified organic vineyards. The wine has discreet citrus-y fruit and a delicate herbaceousness, with popping acidity and minerality and just enough texture from the year of aging on the lees. Drink it with an ample green salad (perhaps with green goddess dressing), pesto, or white pasta dishes.\u003c\/span\u003e","brand":"Paul Marcus Wines","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":47736062279938,"sku":"011584809255","price":29.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0460\/0718\/9669\/files\/d5692f62-48ab-490b-8c75-70674b44fc5a.jpg?v=1780430797","url":"https:\/\/shop.paulmarcuswines.com\/products\/2024-monemvasia-asproudi-field-blend-corax","provider":"Paul Marcus Wines","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
