Vignedimare ("vineyards of the sea") is a project of Antonio Caravaglio in the Aeolian Islands of Sicily, a string of volcanic islands north of Mount Etna and mainland Sicily.
Salina is one of those islands. Soils are volcanic sand, and farming is certified organic.
