Cantina Roccafiore is the Baccarelli family's farm in the hills of Umbria, near Todi. Practicing biodynamic farming and low-impact winery practices, including all energy provide by solar panels. This wine is 100% Grechetto di Todi grown in whitish clay, rich in limestone and chalk. Spontaneous fermentation and six months of aging on the lees, both in stainless steel tanks. Citrus and orchard fruits, white flowers, and minerality.
