Nu is a blend of Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo from Gian Luca Colombo's estate vineyards. Fermentation is with native yeasts in stainless steel. The wine ages for two months in large Austrian oak casks and other 2 months in stainless steel. No fining or filtering. This is a fresh, spicy liter of red wine. 13% alcohol.
