Hofgut Falkenstein is Erich Weber's estate in the Saar subzone of the Mosel. This wine is from 50-60 year-old vines in the Langenberg sector of the Herrenberg vineyard. It's light, chiselled, and just barely off-dry. 9% alcohol. It's super easy to drink, but not without a serious side.
