This is organically grown Riesling from the Saar River valley (a tributary of the Mosel). "Feinherb" designates a wine that is ever-so-slightly off-fry, but in this wine you hardly notice it. This is classic, versatile Saar Riesling at a great price. Slate and citrus and a kiss of fruitiness.
