Weingut Odinstal is a certified organic and biodynamic grower-producer in Germany's Pfalz region. The name of the wine, "120 N.N." (Normal-Null, or sea level), designates the altitude of the vineyard (120 meters). 30+ year old vines. Whole cluster with 8 hours of skin maceration. Malolactic fermentation and then aging on the lees for 9 months, all in stainless steel. 11.5% alcohol and completely dry.
