Organically farmed 100% Syrah from Remi Leorat's vineyards in the Ardèche (at the southern end of the Northern Rhône). The grapes are destemmed and the wine sees indigenous fermentation and 10 days of maceration, followed by aging half in neutral barrels and half in stainless steel. Low alcohol (12.5%) and low SO2.
