Les Hautes Noëlles is led by Jean Pierre Guédon, who farms 7 hectares of certified organic vineyards in the village of Saint-Léger-les-Vignes, within the appellation of Muscadet Côtes de Grandlieu (southwest of Nantes). 'Les Parcelles' is 100% Melon de Bourgogne, fermented and aged on the lees for about 8 months in stainless steel tanks.
