The wine comes from one of the few monopoles, Cole Ranch, in California. This means that Cole Ranch is both a vineyard & AVA. The unique aspect & airflow are what make this one of the smallest AVA's in the country.
The grapes are destemmed and gently fermented at lower temperatures to preserve the floral aromas. This wine is exceptionally elegant. Flowers, roses, & cherries that scream coastal mountain terroir.
