Garo'Vin is Cédric Garreau, who started bottling his own wine in Anjou (Loire Valley) in 2010. Somnambulles is a pét-nat from his young vines of Grolleau and Chenin Blanc. After a quick fermentation with native yeasts, the wine is bottled 3 weeks after harvest, followed by 4-6 months of natural refermentation in bottle. It's disgorged by hand; unfined and unfiltered, with no added SO2.
