Garo'Vin is Cédric Garreau, who started bottling his own wine in Anjou (Loire Valley) in 2010. The Chenin Blanc comes from a 0.75 hectare schist-soil vineyard called La Soucherie. Indigenous fermentation in barrel; élevage of 10 months in 225 liter barrels (1-3 years old). Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added SO2.
