Garo'Vin is Cédric Garreau, who started bottling his own wine in Anjou (Loire Valley) in 2010. Lulu Berlue is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon fermented for 3 weeks with semi-carbonic maceration in fiberglass tanks followed by 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added SO2. This is glou-glou Cabernet to be chilled down a bit and consumed with gusto and joy.
