Garo'Vin is Cédric Garreau, who started bottling his own wine in Anjou (Loire Valley) in 2010. Métisse is 2/3 Cabernet Franc and 1/3 Cabernet Sauvignon from two certified organic vineyards. Indigenous fermentation and élevage for 10 months in barrel. Unfined and unfiltered and no added SO2. Cabernet Franc herbaceousness with darker fruits; freshness and depth. This is a lovely, precise natural wine.
