Jérôme Galeyrand farms 5 hectares in the Côte de Nuits, with his winery in Gevrey-Chambertin. Viticulture is organic for 70% of the vineyards and sustainable for 30%, with no pesticides. 'Les Champs des Charmes' is from vines planted in 1947 in Fixin. The wine is 100% de-stemmed, ferments with indigenous yeast, and ages for 16 months in barrel (20% new).
