Le Domaine d'Henri is Michel Laroche's homage to his father, Henri. Saint Pierre is a cuvée of 30-40 year old vines in the villages of Maligny, Chablis, and Fleys, in conversion to organic farming. Indigenous fermentation in stainless steel. One year of aging in stainless steel (84%) and 2-5 year old 600-liter barrels (16%). 12.5% alcohol. The wine combines power and minerality.
