Cascina delle Rose is a 5-hectare family estate in Barbaresco run by Giovanna Rizzolio and Italo Sobrino with their sons, Riccardo and Davide. Farming is practicing organic. The Langhe Nebbiolo comes from vines in the Tre Stelle cru and is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. It's classic, old-school nebbiolo: light in color, beautiful in its aromas, and not lacking in tannic structure.
