2018 Courbet Cotes du Jura Chardonnay - Les Rondos

Domaine Courbet is a family-run run estate started in 1869, currently with Jean-Marie (father) and Damien (son) Courbet in charge. Farming is organic - in transition to certified - and biodynamic. Fementations are indigneous and sulfur additions are low (20-30 ppm added). Les Rondos is barrel-aged and topped-up (ouillé) chardonnay from a single vineyard.
