Wirz Vineyard is located on the north eastern side of the Gabilan Mountains in the Cienega Valley. Vineyard planted in 1952.
The old head-trained vines are dry farmed with organic farming practices.
Great with izakaya, roasted chicken or pork with fruit compote.
