All Chardonnay from 50+ year-old vines in Vertus (Côte des Blancs). Seven months on the lees in vats and then aged for a minimum of 5 years in bottle before disgorgement. Dosage is 3 grams/liter (extra-brut). This is pure and mineral yet powerful blanc de blancs.
