2019 Fattoria del Cerro Vino Nobile di Montepulciano - Silineo

90% Prugnolo Gentile and 10% Mammolo. Fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel tanks, followed by a year of aging in a combination of 
large (11,000-liter), traditional Slavonian oak barrels and stainless steel. Forest floor, exotic spices, and chalky minerality, with some grip on the palate.
