Clos d'Audhuy is Benoit Aymard's ogranically-farmed family estate in Cahors (southwestern France's source of the famous "Black Wine", which is the original Malbec). Les Polissons is a lighter, fresher expression of Cahors, fermented and aged for six months in stainless steel.
