Domaine de la Pépière is now run by Rémi Branger and Gwénaëlle Croix, since the retirement of Marc Ollivier after the 2019 vintage. Farming of all of their estate vineyards is certified organic and biodynamic. 'Clisson' is fom 60-year old vines (on average) growing in the granite cru of Clisson. Two years of aging on the lees.
