From biodynamically-farmed, high-altitude (600+ meters), alberello (bush-trained) vines in northern Lazio. 40% Procanico, 40% Moscato Bianco, and the remaining 20% Verdello, Romanesco, Roscetto, Greco, Grechetto, Malavasia Toscana, Malvasia del Lazio (and still more other local varieties!). 5-7 days of maceration with the skins. Unfined and unfiltered. This is a distinctive and delicious orange (or
amber) wine with extra bottle age.
