From biodynamically-farmed, high-altitude (600+ meters), alberello (bush-trained) vines in northern Lazio. Procanico, Sangiovese and other local grape varieties. Unfined and unfiltered. This is a distinctive blend of red and white varieties that drinks like a dark rosé or lighter, savory red. The extra bottle age had brought increased complexity and fineness.
