Col di Luna 'FLORA' Rosato Brut [Raboso]

Col di Luna is the Cosmo family’s continuation of a tradition started in the 1780s, when their ancestor moved from Venice to the hills north of the city and planted the family’s first vineyard. FLORA Rosato is 100% Raboso Piave from gravel and limestone soils in Treviso in the Veneto. Farming is practicing organic (no pesticides, no herbicides). Metodo col fondo. 12 hours of maceration on the skins. Fermentation with native yeasts starts in stainless steel tanks and finishes in bottle. Undisgorged, unfiltered, and 11% alcohol.
