From Mallorca! This is a salty island wine, subtly floral and with a distinctive note of wild fennel. Super-drinkable with plenty of personality and just 11.5% alcohol. Drink it with seafood of all kinds (especially shellfish), grilled vegetables, or pa amb tomàquet (pan con tomate).
