Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León (specifically the Sierra de Salamanca D.O.). Ciclón is a blend of vineyard plots planted with the indigenous red variety Rufete. The soils here are schist, granite/clay, and sandy loam. Organic and biodynamic farming. Indigenous fermentation in stainless steel and then aged in a combination of older French casks and stainless steel tanks. 12.5% alcohol.
