Wife and husband Sybille Kuntz and Markus Riedlen farm 18 hectares in and around the village of Leiser, in the heart of the Mosel Valley. Farming is certified organic and certified biodynamic; fermentations are indigenous. The Kabinett comes from vines in the Lieser-Schlossberg vineyard (blue Devonian slate soils). Smoke 'n stones. Super mineral, with great length.
