2021 Domaine Saraziniere Macon-Bussieres Blanc - Claude Seigneuret

Certified organic farming. 100% Chardonnay from four south-facing parcels of ungrafted vines on limestone, planted by Claude Seigneuret in 1926.  The wine is fermented and aged in Burgundy barrels, 10% new and the remainder from 1 to 8 years old, for 12 to 18 months. This is serious, tasty white Burgundy at a very fair price.
