100% cabernet franc from vines grown in the Clos de Briançon, a monopole of the Domaine de Pallus. Sand and pebble soils. Biodynamic wine cultivation and manual harvest. Maceration in concrete tanks for 8 days, indigenous fermentation, and aging in 600-liter barrels for 6 months. "Messanges" is an old Loire name for cabernet franc.
