From organically- and biodynamically-farmed vines in gravelly and sandy soils, in the commune of Macau, just south of Margaux in the Médoc. 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, and 7% Petit Verdot. Indigenous fermentation in concrete and aging in a variety of sizes of barrels, including about 10% new.
