This is lean, mineral, razor-sharp grüner veltliner with its signature peppery snap and just 12.5% alcohol.
Grüner veltliner is famously friendly with green flavors, whether dark and leafy (kale, spinach, etc.), cruciferous (Brussels sprouts, broccoli), or bitter (chicories, arugula). It’s also a reliable choice for many Southeast Asian cuisines, as long as the dishes don’t have too much sweetness.
