Les Bambins is from a sandstone and schist vineyard in Saint Amour called La Côte de Besset. Biodynamic farming on 45 and 7 year old vines. Carbonic maceration for 15 days. Indigenous fermentation. Seven months of aging in 225-liter barrels, all of which are at least 7 years old. A tiny amount of SO2 is added at bottling.
